Online Coaching

Coaching can take place via your laptop or mobile and incorporating the Trainerize App enabling you to be flexible with your training times.

We can schedule in sessions to work around a busy work schedule and family life. The Strength Queen will guide and motivate you throughout your journey to fitness, and this package is most suited to those with a good knowledge of lifting techniques.

You will receive weekly check-ins, support and accountability from The Strength Queen, an in-depth online health check, and detailed videos of each exercise.

This is a great option if you are not located near The Strength Queen, or have anxiety about training in person, due to Covid-19.
